- Scripting small fixes. The recurring annoyance — cleaning up exports, renaming files, bulk account changes — turned into a script that does it the same way every time.
- Automating day-to-day tasks. Reports that build themselves, files that land where they belong, and routine workflow steps that no longer depend on someone remembering.
- File and photo organization. Messy folders, duplicate photos, and files scattered across drives and cloud accounts, reorganized, synced, and consolidated into one place you can find things.
- Connecting your platforms. System integration for the accounting, scheduling, email, and storage tools you already use, set up to share data so nobody re-types it.
- AI advice. What's worth doing with AI in your business and what isn't, which model fits the job, and what it will cost to run. I'll tell you plainly when a simple script does the job better.
- AI automation. Document intake, data entry, reporting, and customer communication, with AI in the workflow where it earns its place. I work with Claude first, and with ChatGPT or Gemini as alternatives or if you have a preference.
- Getting your team on board. Rolling AI tools out to staff, coaching the hesitant ones, and keeping an eye on who is actually using them.
- Portable by design. The scripts are written in Python, so they run on Windows, Mac, or Linux and aren't tied to one platform or vendor.
- Solutions architecture and scoping. Mapping how your tools fit together and where the gaps are, planned around what the business is trying to do. A build, migration, or install gets a fixed price and a timeline before anything starts, written down in plain language.
