- You get everything. The working software, the specs, a README and documentation, and the source code, written so another developer could pick it up. I keep the right to reuse what I write in later work.

- A fixed price. Agreed before any work starts, not an open meter.
- No per-seat pricing. Your tenth hire doesn't change the bill.
- Support from whoever built it. Not a ticket queue reading from a script.
- Fixes when they're mine. Bugs from my work and requirements I missed are corrected at no charge.
- Enhancements, quoted on their own. Want something new later? It gets its own price when you ask for it — not a subscription you pay whether you use it or not.
